First Impressions
_Objective: Train residents on the importance of first impressions from the parking lot to the pew.
1. Work alongside volunteers and team leaders in the six major functions of First Impressions and run point in each area.
2. Work alongside volunteer and team leaders in the paid service areas: Café, Coffee Shop, and Bookstore.
3. Take part in making key first impressions via phone/email/Info Center
4. Research 5 websites from other multi-site churches and evaluate those against our own, sharing input for how a website can be most effective.
5. Identify and observe local churches and evaluate the effectiveness of their first impressions ministry.
6. Visit each CCV campus to evaluate consistency and effectiveness between campuses.
